Job Description

Robert Half is partnering in the search for a full-time, fully remote, *Director of Creative Operations* (Salary: $115,000 - $135,000+ DOE) to join an international, education-based nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the principles of free market economics, human rights, and individual liberty.


Exceptional candidates will have:

  • Experience managing a team of direct reports; preferably a remote or distributed team
  • A keen understanding of video & web production, graphic design, and creative asset management
  • 3yrs+ experience managing a creative production team with an emphasis on educational and inspirational storytelling; ideally, targeting Gen-Z
  • Strong personal support for the principles of free market economics, human rights, and individual liberty
  • 5yrs+ experience in creative production, ideally, specializing in video production; a portfolio showcasing work samples
  • Experience developing content for a variety of channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube (experience with TikTok is preferred, but not required)
