- Develop, execute, and evaluate initiatives and strategies for all operational aspects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and clinical outcomes.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to assess operational performance and identify areas of opportunity.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and expertise to the clinical operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Senior Vice President, Healthcare Operations to manage the operational budget, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational optimization while maintaining high-quality patient care standards.
- Build and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to providers and payors.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline operations, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance overall organizational performance while promoting effective communication to achieve shared outcomes.
- Experience scaling a high-growth organization
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations
- Ability to design, execute and evaluate the overall operational strategy of virtual clinical operations in alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
- Minimum of ten (10) years healthcare experience, preferably with care delivery for patients with kidney disease or other chronic illness
- Active clinical licensure (preferably RN but will also consider SW, RD, Pharmacist, or others)
- Demonstrated success as a Senior Leader in driving and implementing operational strategies that drive organizational performance and improve patient outcomes.
