As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for entertainment.

Responsibilities

Manage emails, calendar, and other administrative duties as assigned

Assist with research and scheduling

Provide support for special projects, events, and meetings

Monitor and update social media accounts and website

Handle incoming calls and messages

Manage paperwork and filing systems

Other related duties as required

Requirements

Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
