The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities that will assist this organization's leadership. In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and have much attention to detail!

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments and travel arrangements.
• Managing staff within the company.
• Organize and maintain files and records.
• Interact with guests and homeowners in a professional manner
• Interact with and coordinate with Hostie team members and outside vendors to ensure property maintenance is addressed in a timely manner
• Provide administrative support to the CEO.
• Assist with personal errands for the CEO
• Check voicemails, emails, and text messages and respond quickly and appropriately.
• Manage calendars and coordinate meetings and events.
• Interact with Guests via phone, email, and text messaging to assist them with their reservations before, during, and after their stay
• Partner with other members of the Hostie team to ensure flawless execution of the guest experience.
• Answer phones and take messages.
• Prepare correspondence, reports

Qualifications

• Ability to travel
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
