Job Description
Are you ready to embark on an incredible journey at a cutting-edge MedSpa where you can take charge of front-of-house operations and drive sales while ensuring exceptional patient care? We are seeking a passionate and motivated Front Desk Manager to join our dynamic team!
As the Front Desk Manager, you will be fully immersed in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our patients, driving bookings and sales, and managing the daily schedule with utmost efficiency. Your dedication to patient satisfaction will be vital as you collaborate with our skilled staff to ensure every patient receives the highest level of care.
What You'll Do
Cultivate a positive work environment by managing staff schedules, supporting time-off requests, and ensuring adequate staffing levels for seamless operations.
Champion compliance with all regulatory requirements, such as OSHA, HIPAA, and other relevant laws, to maintain the highest standard of safety and confidentiality.
Showcase your expertise in financial operations as you assist in managing expenses, collections, and inventory, ensuring the MedSpa's financial success.
Get creative with marketing, social media, and promotional activities to attract more patients and elevate our revenue to new heights.
Take the lead in optimizing the performance of our remote call center and overseeing lead management for increased efficiency.
Embrace innovation as you become the technology implementation liaison, introducing new equipment and software to elevate our services.
Collaborate with our Practice Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures that keep our MedSpa running seamlessly.
Contribute to building a fantastic team by assisting in the hiring and training of new staff members.
What We're Looking For
A Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare, dental, optical, or spa management role.
Strong organizational and communication skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements to ensure best practices.
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and exceptional patient care.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
The ability to thrive independently and as a collaborative member of our dedicated team.
