Vice President - Value Add $30Bn+ Infrastructure Fund

Madison Hunt is partnered with a $30bn+ value-add infrastructure investor looking to add an experienced Vice President to their New York investment team.

Our client works across Infrastructure Services, Renewables/Storage, Energy Services, Power Generation, Midstream, Sustainable Digital Infrastructure, and Transition Fuels, investing across geographies with a core plus/value add strategy.

The Vice President will have experience managing all execution-related work streams and ideally have exposure across several sectors. This is a Partner track role with excellent advancement trajectory.

The VP will be responsible for:

1. Leading the execution and management of new investments in all sectors;
2. Conducting due diligence and financial analysis on potential investment opportunities;
3. Developing and maintaining relationships with industry players, such as developers, contractors, operators and lenders;
4. Supporting the wider opportunistic energy transition strategy by providing research and analysis on market trends and opportunities;
5. Presenting investment recommendations and deal updates to the investment committee; and
6. Mentoring and coaching junior team members.

About the Candidate:

1. 7+ years’ experience with at least 3 years spent in Private Equity;
2. Experience in energy transition, renewables or infrastructure;
3. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills: exceptional critical thinking, quantitative, and analytical skills;
4. Excellent project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a deal teams, often on several transactions or potential opportunities simultaneously, under tight deadlines; and
5. Desire to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial organization
