The position:
We are conducting a search for a highly motivated and hands-on Area Vice President to manage our $40M portfolio in Manhattan. This position will have a number of accountabilities, but number one will be managing and growing the P&L. This will be done by assuring client satisfaction, visiting clients on a regular basis and working with our managers that deliver our services. The position will manage an administrative staff and the HR department. Responsibilities will include adding new revenue through managing a full-time sales rep for the Manhattan.
Reporting to the North East Region President, this position will identify and troubleshoot accounts and engage to resolve any issues. Develop, implement and manage processes and procedures that drive effective monitoring and accountability for client management teams.
What you'll do:
- Analyze operational and financial indicators to continuously improve performance; assists in ensuring profitable operations by reviewing appropriate reports.
- Provides leadership and guidance in continuous quality improvement efforts; designs, implements, and manages change initiatives.
- Be a hands-on problem solver, demonstrating the ability to overcome obstacles and process challenges creatively.
- Optimize business processes, leverage data-driven insights, and implement effective technology solutions.
- Develops and manages account planning processes and tools; provides support and technical expertise to client leadership teams.
What you will bring:
- Five years’ management experience in a service industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships and work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Customer service experience visiting clients on a regular basis.
- Involvement in the sales process or sales management.
- Degree preferred.
- An intense drive to impact financial targets and deliverables.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated team building, coaching and mentoring skills.
- Previous P&L and operational experience.
Securitas will offer a starting salary of $150K to $175K, in addition a full benefit package that includes medical, life, dental and vision insurance, 10 vacation days, four floating holidays, six sick days, 401K, a $1,000 month vehicle allowance and is eligible for the Securitas annual incentive program.
