Bachelor’s degree required, with finance or economic backgrounds preferred;

Strong and proven analytical skills

Escalate unresolved issues to management as required

Assist management in the implementation of new policies and procedures, participate in projects

Assist with workflow management and technology enhancements, make suggestions to streamline operations

Perform duties of Associates and provide back-up management support if required

Degree in Finance or Business-related area

At least 3 years of middle office/operations experience preferred

Supervision of all subordinate staff levels including Associate 1, Associate 2 and Senior Associates

Reviewing quarterly management fee calculations.

Assist accounting managers to ensure compliance with investment fund agreements and other legal documents.

Ownership of the risk management & procedural controls of the group in line with ORP/C & regulatory requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics

1-3 years of Fund Accounting/Administration experience

Strong conceptual knowledge of Equity, Fixed Income, and OTC products

Leading the execution and management of new investments in all sectors;

7+ years’ experience with at least 3 years spent in Private Equity;

Experience in energy transition, renewables or infrastructure;

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills: exceptional critical thinking, quantitative, and analytical skills;

The VP will be responsible for:

Conducting due diligence and financial analysis on potential investment opportunities;

Minimum of 5 years’ complex organizational systems experience with emphasis on Strategy, Planning, Performance Management, Administration and Enterprise Shared Services

Proficiency in key business functions the position oversees (HR, Communications, Finance, and Information Technology) and team management

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus, but not required

Set goals for departments and individual managers

5+ years of markets sales experience, preferably in rates

Assist in recruiting, management, and coaching of Bank team members.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Technology and Healthcare ecosystem, Fund Banking industry, Venture Capital industry and Stifel’s broad product offerings.

Advanced knowledge of VC/PE ecosystem and Fund Banking offerings.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience required.

Effective communication skills to properly interact with and pitch prospective and existing clients, as well as colleagues across the Stifel platform.

Prior experience managing a portfolio of Fund Banking relationships at a previous financial institution strongly preferred.

BS/BA with major in Accounting, Economics, Finance, General Business, or Management preferred, with outstanding academic record

8-10+ years of relevant work experience, including project management experience

Experience with workflow and project management software

Outstanding organizational and data management skills

Act as a player-coach and manage and develop relationships

Build and manage a team, including through the recruiting and onboarding of new team members

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Sr. Management.

Manage and oversee Finance, Human Resources, Facilities, Security, IT and Compliance.
