About Our Client
Global financial services group with an integrated network spanning over 30 countries and regions.

  • Key responsibility for the origination, execution and distribution of limited recourse or structured financings for power and infrastructure projects in North America.
  • Contribution to P&L for the business
  • Support work on rating agency presentation and information memorandums
  • Work on credit applications and credit approval process (interfacing with risk department) as well as internal project or sector overviews.
  • Utilize all the Bank's resources to deliver the best solutions & structures meeting our clients' needs.
  • Support marketing efforts through work on pitches, proposals, presentations and other marketing materials to clients
  • Support work on project and financing documentation & closing process, interfacing with counsels
  • Lead financial modeling efforts (including sensitivities and presentation of results).
  • Work closely with sales, fixed income, rates derivatives, banking and other internal groups.
  • Perform other internal tasks as may be necessary and including but not limited to tasks related to portfolio, reporting or budget purposes.
  • Work on due diligence of projects, including interaction with technical, environmental, insurance, tax and market consultants

The Successful Applicant
  • +7 years of relevant project finance work experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Strong financial modeling and credit analysis skills
  • Experienced and confident negotiator
  • Experience leading a deal team
  • Relevant experience preparing credit memos and presenting them to senior management
  • Relevant experience sourcing and structuring project finance transactions
  • Bachelor's degree, Master Degree preferred
  • Fundamental knowledge of the industry
