The Opportunity
As the Vice President - Training Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our training services. These services are critical to empowering our customers, partners, and employees to excel with our products and platforms. We're looking for an individual who possesses a deep understanding of enterprise software training, can provide strategic direction, and is passionate about fostering collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a global team responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive platform and product training to drive the success of our stakeholders.
Drive innovation in our curriculum, learning experiences, and training offerings to enhance the adoption and appreciation of our enterprise platform and product portfolio.
Develop and execute a comprehensive training roadmap and learning strategy to ensure smooth customer transitions to Vault CRM.
Provide visionary leadership and define the long-term strategy for our training services organization, with a strong emphasis on customer success.
Oversee the production and release of product training, ensuring they are delivered within on-demand environments.
Manage all aspects of training services, collaborating with cross-functional teams worldwide to achieve excellence.
Offer hands-on support and guidance to your team as they design and develop training programs tailored to different personas.
Take ownership of the training services P&L, expanding our training footprint to drive increased revenue and participation.
Requirements
Over a decade of experience in enterprise software training.
Five or more years of leadership experience, including hiring, onboarding, training, team development, and fostering a positive team culture.
Proven expertise in enterprise software training, with practical experience in curriculum development and product training.
Exceptional relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong Communication Skills Across Various Functions And Organizational Levels.
Based in the United States.
Salary And Benefits
Competitive base salary: $150,000.00 - $225,000.00
