The Role
As a key player in our Cloud Infrastructure Team, you'll be the driving force behind organizational excellence. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating and facilitating IT projects, managing system changes, and analyzing business processes for continuous improvement. Your voice will be crucial in enhancing user experience and providing exceptional support to all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-organizational teams to translate IT needs into practical solutions.
Lead small to medium Cloud Infrastructure projects, ensuring successful execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
Champion process and procedure analysis, aiming for streamlined automation and enhanced efficiency.
Coordinate IT Change Control processes, fostering a culture of innovation and minimal disruption.
Serve as the main point of contact for system issues and outage troubleshooting, ensuring timely communication with all relevant parties.
Lead Root Cause Analysis and Post-Incident Handling, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Play an integral role in ticketing improvement initiatives, constantly refining workflows for optimal performance.
Provide exceptional email and telephone support for Privileged Users, demonstrating your expert problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, combined with relevant experience.
Proven ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely, bridging gaps between stakeholders.
Exceptional analytical, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Experience in Change Control, Incident Management, or Problem Management is a plus.
Familiarity with help desk programs like SolarWinds or ServiceNow is advantageous.
ITIL Foundations Certification or ITSM Certification is desirable.
