Position Purpose
As our Administrative Assistant 3, you will play a central role in supporting our vision of creating equity-driven, learner-focused leaders and systems that uplift students' lives. You'll be a crucial part of our fiscal and administrative team, providing vital financial support and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for the office, managing digital delivery of training materials, scheduling meetings, and responding to customer inquiries.
Support revenue generation functions, handling product orders, maintaining the online store, and assisting clients with questions.
Collaborate with the team to improve client experience, implement workflow improvements, and contribute to the success of priority projects and initiatives.
Ensure our office runs efficiently, managing conference rooms, ordering supplies, and handling mailings.

Minimum Requirements
High school graduation or equivalent with two years of administrative experience or equivalent education/experience.
Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail, especially in financial matters.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications, including spreadsheets and documents.
