Responsibilities
Guiding and Supporting Hiring Managers: You will be the go-to person for Hiring Managers, offering valuable guidance and support throughout the recruiting and hiring process. Your expertise will ensure a smooth and efficient journey for both our team and potential candidates.
Creative Recruitment Services: Utilizing your innovative approach, you'll perform a diverse range of recruitment services, including crafting compelling job ads, representing Gensco at vibrant career fairs, assessing candidates, and expertly coordinating interviews.
Fostering Internship Programs: Under the mentorship of the Recruiting Supervisor, you will contribute to the success of Gensco's internship programs. This will be a rewarding opportunity to help shape the next generation of talent while fostering a culture of growth and learning.
Building Relationships: You will actively network and build strong relationships with key partners within the community. By doing so, you'll establish a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for Gensco's future needs.
Requirements
Passion for People: A 4-year degree is highly preferred, but we also value equivalent experience. You should have a genuine passion for recruiting and a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
Recruiting Expertise: Prior experience in the recruiting field will be highly regarded, as it showcases your understanding of the industry and the skills needed to excel in this role.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must, as you'll be utilizing these tools to effectively manage and present data.
