Your Role: Procurement Manager (Non-IT)
As a Procurement Manager, you'll step into a pivotal role where your skills will shape our global operations. From Marketing and Operations to Sales and HR, your expertise will drive smart spending, risk mitigation, and process optimization. Reporting to our Senior Procurement Manager, you'll be a vital force in enhancing our procurement capabilities across various countries.
What You'll Do
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled Procurement professionals.
Dive into spend analysis, uncovering cost-saving opportunities that redefine the game.
Collaborate closely with our partners to optimize processes and unearth cost efficiencies.
Craft and execute intricate sourcing events for diverse products and services.
Negotiate, review, and manage vendor contracts that ignite success.
Foster strong relationships with both vendors and internal stakeholders.
Utilize cutting-edge procurement software to elevate your impact.
Deliver training on processes and systems, ensuring everyone's on the same page.
Greenlight purchase orders and handle invoice discrepancies with finesse.
What You'll Bring
Over a decade of experience in sourcing across various spend categories.
A proven track record of leading, mentoring, and nurturing procurement teams.
Your exceptional analytical skills and impactful communication (Fluency in English/German).
The ability to thrive under pressure, making sound judgments in tight timelines.

Compensation And Perks

While the targeted salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000, your actual compensation will be tailored to your unique skills, experience, and location.
