Your Role: Operations Program Manager

As an Operations Program Manager, you'll be at the forefront of bringing our groundbreaking wireless power technology to the masses. You won't just be managing operations; you'll be shaping the future of connectivity.
Empowering Success: You'll fulfill customer requests to create finished products, ensuring they are seamlessly delivered between our company, customers, and partners. When challenges arise, you'll lead the way in finding solutions.
Optimizing Production: You'll collaborate with our partners to set up and fine-tune production lines, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
Supply Chain Magic: Coordinating with vendors of all tiers, you'll ensure a smooth flow of materials to our production sites, enabling us to meet demand efficiently.
Yield Excellence: You'll work closely with Engineering and Operations to ensure that our products achieve the highest quality standards.

Qualifications
We're looking for someone with the following skills and background:
Experience: You've got 8-10 years of experience in operations management within the consumer electronics industry.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Smartsheet, Jira, and collaboration platforms (Microsoft or Google) is a plus.
Wireless Wonder: Experience with wireless and RF technologies is a bonus.
Ready to Roam: You'll need to travel domestically and internationally (up to 30%).

Education
A bachelor's degree (BS) in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics is required.
