Construction Superintendent - Remote | Wfh

As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating project schedules, budgets, procurement, staging, and project finalization for cold shell projects. A profound familiarity with the construction nuances of mid-rise concrete buildings is essential for success in this role. Primary Responsibilities
Collaboratively contract, oversee, and harmonize efforts among subcontractors and product vendors.
Analyze, synchronize, and meticulously monitor project blueprints and plans.
Champion the adherence to project timelines, ensuring timely project accomplishment.
Minimum Requirements
A minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in construction engineering.
A comprehensive grasp of pre-construction and construction processes related to mid-rise concrete structures.
A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in construction scheduling software, including Microsoft Project.
Prior experience working within the dynamic environment of San Francisco.
