Vice President Of Regional Operations

JOB SUMMARY:

Working as the VP of Regional Operations, you are responsible for the overall direction of operations for several large regional laundry facilities. You will have the opportunity to plan objectives for your region and ensure management is in compliance with corporate, regional and financial goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for the overall operation, growth, and profitability of the region.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads all aspects of operational efficiencies at the plant level for the region
• · Establishes and maintains productivity, measurements (KPIs) to ensure optimum efficiency and quality and develops a reporting process to utilize the metrics to drive operational improvements for the region.
• · Monitor for accuracy all internal and external billing.
• · Responsible for supporting the sales process and successful onboarding on new hospitals
• · Responsible for insuring the appropriate human resources requirements are implemented and maintained, including but not limited to training, regulatory compliance, staffing, payroll & benefit administration.
• · Fiscal management of Revenue, Expenses and Profit of each facility within the region. The ability to budget and forecast the financial performance of each facility within the region
• · Manages the staffing and professional development of the management staff at each facility within the region
• · Responsibility of the company assets to include engineering oversight and preventative maintenance programs. Coordinating cost effective and efficient operations of the plant.
• · Responsible for retention of customer base to include building positive relationships with clients, supporting contract renewal process, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• · Ability to multi-task and establish priorities and meet deadlines
• · Exhibits initiation, responsibility, flexibility, leadership, and accountability
• · Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations
• · Possess a detailed knowledge of contract administration and office procedures
• · College degree required. Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree preferred
• Min 5 years of management experience working as a leader in Laundry Operations or similar environment with high customer and client contract experience required
• · Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment
• · Budgeting, forecasting, and sales experience preferred
• · Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and outlook.

California Residents Only:The salary range for California residents is $121,200 to $177,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary,
