Position Overview: Resound Networks is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Operations to lead our operational efforts. This role demands a leader with a keen understanding of the ISP industry, the ability to train & manage diverse teams, and the foresight to anticipate and act upon future challenges and opportunities across multiple states in both the wireless and FTTH sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and implement operations strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Process Optimization: Streamline and standardize operational processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Stakeholder Relations: Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and regulators.
• Performance Metrics: Design, implement, and review KPIs to measure and enhance operational performance.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations are compliant with industry standards and regulations, with a focus on safety and reliability.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow the operations team, emphasizing professional development and operational excellence.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee the entire spectrum of operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to our customers and employees.
• Budgeting & Cost Management: Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring maximum ROI and operational cost-efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of implementing operational best practices, change management, and driving continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee large-scale operations and teams.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the ISP industry.
• Comprehensive understanding of network operations, broadband technologies, last-mile connectivity, and associated equipment
• Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills.
• High ethical standards and integrity
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• In depth understanding of RF Propagation and analytics

Compensation:

• Annual Salary: $150,000 to $250,000, commensurate with experience.
