Job Description

**THIS IS NOT A JOB AT FORCEBRANDS**


**Must be onsite in Edison, NJ 3-4 days/week**


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the transition to a 3PL: Lead the integration process, ensuring OTIF and providing oversight of the 3PL operations
  • Monitor KPIs and scorecard: Implement a system for tracking KPIs and establishing a scorecard to evaluate the performance of the supply chain operations.
  • Enhance supply chain: Utilize experience to improve vendor relationships, negotiate better terms, and identify alternative vendors that align with the organization’s goals
  • Technology utilization: Utilize cloud-based systems such as NetSuite to navigate technology, develop reports, and establish KPI metrics that provide valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Establish formal processes: Institute formal processes and procedures to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure consistency in supply chain activities.
  • Develop purchasing plans: Oversee the development of a comprehensive purchasing plan, including SKU forecasting and model development, to optimize inventory management and production
