- Manage relationships with partners/vendors
- Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs
- Ensure satisfactory assessment and alleviation of risk as well as compliance with relevant regulatory or other legal requirements.
- Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Preparation of analysis and dashboard reporting for CEO of the company, as well as propose possible solutions to any challenges or obstacles that may arise.
- Managing and executing on staff succession and growth plans, along with the ability to provide an independent perspective and constructively challenge operations teams, ensuring that business decisions are grounded
- Using resource allocation to develop departmental plans, including business, production, and organizational priorities.
- Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO
- Designing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining policies and procedures that support efficient and effective processes as well as maintaining strong internal controls.
- Leadership of managers, supervisors, and professional staff. Understanding the business and the strategy to build strong relationships with business leaders.
- Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement
- Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention
- Directly oversee operations and partner with the CEO on sales management to budget for sufficient investment capital to achieve growth targets over the near term
- Proactive decision-making support to all stakeholders. With the necessary leadership and communication skills, the expected VP of Operations must have the ability to give advice and counsel as well as provide a voice of reason. This includes communicating directly, relentlessly, and transparently with associates and employees.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proven experience as VP of Operations
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Work, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, Operations etc.
- Understanding of and commitment to client service
- 10 years of direct management or supervisory experience, including training and evaluation of staff.
- Strong presentation skills to internal and external parties
- Experience in Real Estate Services as well as Construction Management, Facility/Property Management, Software
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment
- Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic
