Job Description

Tier I investment bank is recruiting for a VP of corporate strategy and development. The role will support the firm’s senior management, and internal stake holders, and will be analyzing and making key strategic decisions across all business lines. Business Management team directs the firm’s strategy & development, pipeline & franchise management, reporting & analysis and resource management.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed market analyses to identify expansion opportunities across sectors and regions
  • Manage the firm’s financial forecast and perform analyses sensitizing operating assumptions
  • Prepare presentations for meetings with our global partners and employees providing updates on the firm’s strategy, financial performance and key firm developments
  • Evaluate potential strategic partnerships, alliances, joint-ventures and acquisition opportunities as well as provide ongoing support to our current strategic alliances


Required:

- Bachelor’s degree (business major preferred from nationally accredited university)

- 5+ years of professional work experience, working with and/or advising on M&A transactions

- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights to help drive management decisions

- Experience in investment banking industry, and/or advisory particularly on industry trends/themes
