The Children’s Tumor Foundation (CTF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of individuals and families affected by neurofibromatosis (NF), including NF1, NF2-related schwannomatosis, and schwannomatosis.
GENERAL SUMMARY The UX Product Coordinator will manage revenue platforms and payment processing software for the foundation. They are responsible for campaign launch and execution, product development and troubleshooting each of the various platforms being utilized by our constituents.
The Donor Platform Coordinator will also be responsible for all staff and volunteer education around utilization of the platforms.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Handle transfer and receipt requests within the platform • Build and launch campaigns according to foundation standards • Develop campaign content and receipt language • Rollout platform product updates and enhancements • Build reports within platforms • Educate staff on fundraising softwares and best practices • Engage and educate volunteers to use the platforms • Work with Communications to ensure that dynamic Campaign information is displayed as required on CTF based webpages • Coach development staff through execution of campaign launches according to platform limitations • Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary • Acts as primary point of contact for software contracts • Additional duties as required
Minimum Qualifications
This is an entry level position and any combination of the below skills will get you off to a great start! Some combination of work, school and internship experience is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required • Salesforce experience • Experience working with Donor Fundraising Platforms • Experience designing fundraising campaigns, including an eye for aesthetics • Experience testing products ahead of launch • Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain technical matters in a clear and concise manner • Project management experience preferred • Experience working with Nonprofit fundraising integrations including Classy, Classy Live, Cvent and Salesforce integrations and NPSP • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests • Ability to critically evaluate and prioritize information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality • Experience with nonprofit processes

Maintains effectiveness under pressure. Ability to lift 25 lbs. Flexible for overnight business travel. Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed.
