Senior Ux/Ui Designer

Your role

We are looking for a UX Designer who’s excited about joining a boutique product design studio with a focus on enterprise software. In this role, you will help bring to life beautiful and unique experiences for a variety of products. At Dupla, we believe the best solutions are created from diverse perspectives. What does it mean to join a boutique design studio? Here’s what you’ll do.

• Design high quality visual concepts, then develop these into complete design systems
• Work with user researchers to turn customer insights into creative solutions
• Establish new visual design systems or work within existing ones
• Create design concepts for products that have a unique personality and point of view
• Create user experience guidelines and UI specification documentation
• Build prototypes to demonstrate interactive behavior
• Create motion studies to demonstrate interactivity and transitions
• Iterate on solutions with a constant consideration for interaction, transition, and motion
• Curate and maintain a constant library of design & interaction inspiration
• Create design flows from written user scenarios
• Design elegant ways to make complex information and interaction clear and intuitive

The hard skills

• 3+ years of hands-on digital product design experience
• Solid visual design skills. We want to see stunning visual design concepts and systems in your work.
• Strong conceptual thinking. We want people who can take the essence of our customer insights and come up with clever, fresh, modern concepts to move forward with.
• A compelling online portfolio demonstrating conceptual, interaction, and visual expertise
• Exceptional interaction design skills. We want to see clever, modern, and intuitive interaction design solutions in your work.
