Job Description
Position Summary
The Program Coordinator will support the project initiatives for the Marketing & Sales, Talent & Development training team at The Talent Experience Center. The Program Coordinator must have the skills to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time, meet deadlines, exhibit strong technical, communication and problem-solving skills and have the experience to effectively work with project team members. The position provides general support to the broader Talent & Development team for the delivery of programs. The Program Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for all program-related functions, executes all administrative-related work for the department related to programs and will develop various types of communication to ensure alignment throughout respective programs and or initiatives.
This role will have a flexible work environment with the expectation of working in the office several days a week in the future. Hours will include mornings and some evenings with most all weekends off.

Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Job Summary
Program Administration
Provide direct functional support to the activities and initiatives of the Talent & Development training team.
Coordinate all elements of the monthly new hire SE program training classes (both virtual and in-person), including:
Modify and maintain all trainee class roster information conveyed by recruiting.
Coordinate Outlook / Microsoft Teams invitations for all virtual SMS attendees for training sessions across multiple time zones.
Communicate with other departments for program support.
Communicate and email with program attendees and provide support where needed.
Oversee all planning and logistics for new hire SE program execution.
Modify and maintain primary contact list and shipping addresses for program support.
Coordinate printing of monthly Participant Guides with in-house print shop and manage the FedEx shipping to site trainees.
Assign Microsoft One Note Notebook content for all virtual SMS attendees.
Maintain and modify Microsoft Teams channels.
Maintain and assign all e-learning courses to trainees as provided by AVP, Instructional Design.
Manage new hire SE training events and coordinate all arrangements for the T&D team at The Talent Experience Center.
Aim to ensure that the Talent Experience Center is running smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Identifies areas where new administrative policies & procedures may be necessary within the group; initiating the project to develop the new policy & procedure.
Research questions and problems; lead with problem-solving; refer complex issues to supervisor.
Generally complete tasks independently with minimal direction from supervisor.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Planning and Organizing
Coordinate calendars, including scheduling and canceling meetings, handling meeting logistics and bring high-priority scheduling issues to managers’ attention.
Prepare and edit presentations, agendas, memos/letters, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
Take notes during and prepare minutes from meetings when needed.
Customer Relations
Address customers' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
Actively listen and respond positively to the questions, concerns, and requests of others.
Collaborate with other employees to ensure proper coverage and service.
Oversee resolution to all IT related issues for program attendees and project members and/or locations.

Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 30 pounds without assistance.
Candidate Profile
Education
High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent.
Experience
Two to five years’ experience; or bachelors’ degree.
No supervisory experience is required.
