What We’re Looking For
The Training & Development Manager will drive work direction and collaborate with leaders to design, implement, and facilitate training, development, and aid job training for all departments and employees across Liatrio. The primary responsibilities will focus on processes, systems, and tools to drive business objectives and increase employee retention, satisfaction, and engagement for organizational excellence.
We’re looking for someone with a passion for learning and development, a proven track record of delivering impactful training programs, and designing blended learning solutions. In this role, you will be driving a culture of continuous professional development.
- Deliver effective presentations to groups of various sizes both in-person and virtually
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently/autonomously
- Experience owning and driving full- cycle training development from identifying the need, developing the content, facilitation delivery, and evaluation
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools, whether as a developer, project manager, or product owner
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Experience with Articulate Rise, is a plus
- Experience building strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively manage expectations
- Experience analyzing data and using it to drive decisions and improvements
- Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive, unique learning solutions from start to completion; create specific training content aligned with training best practices
- Work with functional leaders to build framework, learning objectives, syllabus and ensure adherence to the process
- Collaborate on high potential leadership development roadmap and program development
- Build and maintain an internal network of subject matter experts (SMEs) to effectively identify key business challenges and develop an appropriate approach to improve learning effectiveness, support key roles, and address business needs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create bootcamp training for functional new hire cohorts
- Drive solutions that focus on increasing core skills, capabilities, and proficiency for our engineering teams
- Create and facilitate new hire training programs and new hire orientation to assist employees with getting acclimated into Liatrio’s culture and tools
- Manage new hire orientation including scheduling and facilitation of new hire orientation, first day orientation, develop and manage the 90 day onboarding process, and organize and deliver LMS classes for new hires.
- Create and deliver new manager training
Specifics
- Employment eligibility: must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

- Travel availability: remote first with light travel. For most roles, travel is typically 4-6 times a year.
- Annual base salary: $85,000- $125,000, depending on experience
