Job Description
What to Expect
Tesla is seeking a highly motivated individual to ensure that everyone in our growing organization always has the right information to do their job at an exceptional level. You will lead the communication strategy to assure the right message is sent to the right audience, at the right time. Informing technicians, advisors, site leaders, and senior leaders about new and useful educational curriculum that is pertinent to their role and the roles of their team.

What You’ll Do
  • Create and finalize presentation decks and documentation for stakeholders
  • Continually improve communication based on feedback to maximize impact and meet evolving requirements of the business
  • Build communication templates for Learning and Development program communications
  • Create/Update Training Hub Pages with course or program information
  • Create descriptions for newly developed Courses/Programs
  • Create Learning and Development internal communications
  • Organize Hub Content for a streamlined communication of learning and development programs
  • Complete Field Engagement Request Forms
  • Create communications for new courses or program trainings
  • Create Learning and Development Newsletters
  • Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all learning and development marketing materials
  • Develop and implement an effective communication and knowledge management strategy, that builds awareness of training resources and support
What You’ll Bring
  • Skills in coaching, providing feedback, and motivating team members
  • Exposure to JIRA project management platform preferred
  • Ability to distill ever changing content into clear, concise and grammatically correct copy
  • Highly motivated, self-starter able to work autonomously and drive the work they own forward effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, ambiguous environment managing multiple projects, priorities, and urgent issues simultaneously
  • Strong presentation skills to audiences comprised of all levels of leadership
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or Communications
  • Compelling written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential
