Support the maintenance (building wireframes and publishing content, troubleshooting, uploading content in library, etc.) of our learning management system.

Partner with the global merchandising and design teams to collect key details in order to create seasonal product knowledge content.

Relevant experience in content creation and/or retail or hospitality training and development

3+ years’ experience in human resources or training and development. Luxury hotel experience preferred.

Strong communication and listening skills and excellent speaking, reading, and writing ability.

Proven experience in the project management of multiple projects simultaneously and implementation of large-scale initiatives with scalability requirements.

Experience in volunteer management preferred.

Essential Physical & Mental Requirements

Provide redundancy on LMS tasks in Cornerstone.

Collaborate with Training and Development Manager to train BPO team on new processes, as well as provide updates to existing processes

3+ years experience developing training materials (BPO preferred)

3+ years experience with payer enrollment, licensing, or credentialing processes

Develop training materials for new processes and update existing materials with new content

Monitor BPO agents for SOP adherence and determine where further instruction is needed

Deliver leadership training or programs for mid-level training leaders (new managers at home office)

Manage scorm compliant Knowledge Management System (KMS) training content and associated knowledge-check quizzes and tests

5+ years of managerial experience in a Learning and Development, Technical Training, program management or operations role implementing training programs

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning and Development, or Education, or relevant field or equivalent training/experience

Develop skills assessment new-hire programs that reduce training costs and result in higher yields of class graduates

7+ years of experience building web-based new-hire and refresher training programs or relevant experience

Experience in leadership roles, developing team members and overseeing cross-functional teams

Hands-on experience with project management and budgeting

Prior experience as a Training Director, Training Manager or similar role

Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Senior Global Training Operations Manager: US-based (100% Remote)

Manage trainers (US, India, Philippines) and commit to their development

10+ year’s experience in L&D

Knowledge of Continuing Legal Education is desirable.

Manage a team of 3 dedicated training professionals.

Work with internal subject matter experts to develop training content. Counsel internal faculty regarding effective presentation skills and training materials.
