Training And Development Specialist

Will be using adult learning principles to assess corporate-wide educational needs, design and coordinate instructional interventions based on needs utilizing internal and external resources. Facilitate group sessions including but not limited to interpersonal skills training, customer service training, and coordinating corporate-wide orientation. Will be responsible for updating skills and knowledge for effective training via list serves, related literature searches and reviews, continuing education programs, etc.
Bachelors degree in Adult Education or related field required; Masters preferred. At least 2 years instruction experience in adult education field required. In addition, must have good analytical skills, office automation skills, good organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Strong writing and platform skills. Must have the ability to be an effective team member and have excellent customer service skills. Must have working knowledge of technical equipment that supports education and instruction.
