We are looking for a talented social media manager and creator who can help us analyze, plan, and create new content.

Contract Type: Freelance, with the potential for ongoing support

Duration: 2-week analysis period with the possibility of extension

Responsibilities:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, challenges, and features on TikTok and Instagram Reels to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.
• Develop and execute creative strategies for TikTok and Instagram Reels to engage our target market of small business owners.
• Provide strategic direction on what types of content will perform best while maintaining a professional tone that aligns with our brand.
• Generate ideas for engaging and shareable content that will help increase our reach and brand awareness.
• Seamlessly create compelling and visually appealing TikTok and Instagram Reels content that aligns with our brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with our client teams to understand our target market and create content that resonates with them.

Requirements:

• A creative mindset with the ability to generate unique and engaging content ideas.
• Excellent knowledge of TikTok and Instagram Reels features, trends, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of our target market (small business owners) and the ability to create content that resonates with them.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team remotely.
• Proven experience as a TikTok and Instagram Reels content creator/manager, preferably for small businesses or corporate brands.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create compelling TikTok and Instagram Reels content.
• Proficiency in video editing software and/or TikTok and Instagram Reels editing tools.
• Knowledge of financial services is a bonus but not required
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain a consistent brand image.
