Tiktok Affiliate/Influencer Manager

As our Affiliate/Influencer Manager specializing in TikTok influencers in the beauty space, you will play a pivotal role in growing our brand's presence and driving sales. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and nurture relationships with TikTok influencers who align with our brand's values and aesthetics. You will also be responsible for setting up and managing affiliate programs to amplify sales through strategic partnerships.

This position is a remote contract. 10-20 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling affiliate program strategies to recruit, motivate, and retain affiliates who can drive sales through TikTok shops.
• Provide influencers and affiliates with the necessary resources, information, and support to promote our products authentically.
• Track and analyze key metrics related to influencer and affiliate performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
• Develop and manage affiliate commission structures, tracking systems, and reporting mechanisms.
• Cultivate brand loyalty among influencers and affiliates by ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout their partnership with us.
• Research, identify, and onboard TikTok influencers in the beauty niche who resonate with our brand's identity.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to design and execute influencer marketing campaigns that highlight our products effectively.
• Monitor industry trends, staying up-to-date with TikTok algorithm updates and beauty industry developments to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on campaign objectives.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated track record of successful influencer collaborations that have led to increased brand exposure and sales.
• Proven experience as an Affiliate/Influencer Manager, ideally within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Strong expertise in TikTok's influencer landscape, algorithm, and trends.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain effective relationships with influencers, affiliates, and internal teams.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing strategies and techniques.
• Creative thinking and the ability to come up with innovative influencer marketing and affiliate campaign ideas.
• Proficiency in using influencer management and affiliate tracking tools/software.
• Passion for beauty and cosmetics industry trends.
• Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing multiple influencer and affiliate partnerships simultaneously.
