• $150,000 - $165,000 Base Salary

What's the Job?

As the first COO of this healthtech studio/incubator, you will be overseeing all operations of the organization. This includes overseeing all finance, legal and HR operations. You will be using your experience in a similar role at another incubator, studio or VC firm to help implement best practices and launch all of their initiatives on a solid foundation.

This is a remote role but they are located in the Washington D.C./Baltimore area so it is preferable that you are located in that area (or at least in EST/CST time zones). This studio is in its early stages so the scope and potential upside in terms of salary and carry should increase exponentially along with its growth.

Who Are They?

My client is a new Healthtech studio/incubator with 20+ companies it has launched or is in the process of forming. They are advised by some pioneers in this space and are financially backed by one of the largest health organizations in the country. Their goal is to grow into a leading studio in this space and help transform health care for the better led by their billion-dollar assets.

What Skills Do You Need?

• You must have experience as a Director, VP, COO or Head of Operation at a VC firm, incubator, studio or other related organization.

• You will bring expert-level experience in the areas of Finance, Legal and Human Resources Operations.
