BUSINESS STRATEGIST

If you have a passion for advancing society through business, we have an exciting opportunity for you. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to work with lab45, Wipro's innovation lab, and collaborate with private, public, and social sector clients to solve their most pressing business and societal challenges. You will work alongside a team of experts, including data scientists, anthropologists, researchers, and software and app designers, to identify and implement potential solutions for specific business challenges.

As an Internal Business Consultant, you may work independently or as part of a team of typically 1-3 consultants. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing solutions to complex business challenges, such as developing new business models for platform-based businesses or conducting competitive analysis of technology companies. Throughout each project, you will gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations. You will also publish point of view documents on industry progress and create podcasts and videos on your findings, which you will present to executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop actionable insights to bring structure to ambiguous problems.

• Conduct primary research with leading executives and conduct secondary research to develop a point of view and advance human knowledge in a given topic.

• Synthesize complex information using both qualitative and quantitative methods to create clear takeaways and recommendations.

• Collaborate effectively with diverse teams to identify the best solutions and move people and organizations to act.

• Publish findings in point of view documents, presentations to executives, and other media.

• Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner.

• Develop your leadership style leveraging your passions, strengths, and personal values.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or technology.

• 10+ years of prior experience in consulting or business roles.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization.

• Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team project.

• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and local office language(s).

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA for a leading business institution.

• Technology background.

• Familiarity with design thinking
