SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic and fast-growing tech consulting company. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and attracting top talent in the technology field. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the tech industry, and a passion for connecting exceptional candidates with the right opportunities.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top technical talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team to make final hiring decisions
- Attracting candidates through various channels like professional network and social media
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Stay current on industry trends, developments, and changes that may impact talent acquisition
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders in the tech industry
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, coordinating the hiring process, and offer negotiation, etc.
WHAT TO BRING
- Able to work critical and emerging skills, should have very strong sourcing skills
- High on enthusiasm & energy
- Excellent communication skills & Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain focused & goal oriented. Excellent Persuasive skills
- Should have basic recruitment life cycle experience, need to support end-to-end hiring activities, planning, sourcing, interview schedules, offer negotiation, onboarding;
- Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
