Role Overview

Sweety High is hiring a Talent Relations lead with an entrepreneurial drive to oversee day-to-day management of various integrated digital marketing campaigns and social promotions tied to top musicians, brands, stars, trends and influencers.

Additional duties include leveraging our robust content studio and talent network to deliver appreciable metrics and building the overall social landscape of the brand.

This position requires a passion for digital and social media, great attention to detail, keen time management, and a natural pride of ownership in bringing your ideas to life. This person knows pop culture in and out and has a passion for the next big thing. We are looking for someone who is a strong self-starter and knows how to create highly engaged offerings that activate and engage utilizing industry trends and top talent to fulfill the campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Facebook and other emerging social media platforms
• Use social analytics tools to deliver weekly reports to key stakeholders on social growth and engagement and use these learning to increase ROI
• Curate strong relationships with key social media influencers and traditional talent
• Leverage the Sweety High brand to garner strong relationships
• Act as a hub between stakeholders to run all social campaigns both internally and for brand clients
• Utilize knowledge of the overall social landscape, trending topics, and leverage latest social media best practices in order to provide ongoing thought leadership
• Be an expert on key social media platforms that include TikTok, Instagram,
• Help plan and execute social calendars and directly engage with Sweety High fans via social media platforms, fostering one-to-one conversations and relationships
• Acquire, retain and aggregate user bases relevant to our brand
• Conceptualize and drive social marketing campaigns that produce high engagement and create viral acquisition
• Extensive knowledge in the Gen Z arena or drive to dive into it
• Summarize insights and unifying trends to create actionable recommendations that lead to growth and optimization

Requirements

• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Passion for staying on top of trends especially as they pertain to social media
• Ability to follow through with multifaceted deliverables on projects which vary across industry and audience type
• Fluent in social media tracking tools and Photoshop/Illustrator
• Self-starter, extremely organized, detail oriented and collaborative
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
• Demonstrated ability to mine data and uncover valuable insights for client recommendations; use of analytic tools for KPI reporting
• 4+ years of direct social media and talent experience
• History of driving social publishing and deliverables
• Familiarity with disciplines including branding, marketing, content development and design
• Focus on being a creative, empathetic and enthusiastic team member
