Job Description
Public Relations Coordinator Role and Responsibilities:


  • Develop new business along with negotiating sales contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within the company
  • Manager customer transactions and offer customers the right suggestions to hit location sales quotas
  • Advise customers on leveraging the product/service based on their unique needs.
  • Act as a product expert to ensure customer information is accurate, up-to-date, and strategic.


Public Relations Coordinator Requirements for Employment:


  • Confident with all Microsoft Office packages
  • Degree preferred (in progress is okay
  • Within commutable distance of LA
  • Proven project management skills
  • Strong commercial acumen


Public Relations Coordinator Personality Profile:


  • Excellent networker
  • Attending all meetings to act as a second point of contact
  • Assisting the events team with a high number of events, ranging from small meetings to award ceremonies
  • Maintaining records of all bookings e.g. venue and catering and taking payments where necessary
  • Eager to contribute new ideas
  • Assisting with creative decisions
  • Promoting events across all social media platforms
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Supporting the events manager with logistical and administrative support
  • Accompanying events manager to both internal and external events
  • Ensuring all branded items for events arrive on time
  • Personable and presentable
  • Passion for events
  • Creative and used to thinking outside the box
