Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Talent Specialist who is eager to take on an exciting challenge of growing our Platterz family and helping launch new markets. All of course while being surrounded by delicious food! You’ll partner with every function of the business to drive the recruiting process for top talent and focus on candidate experience at all stages of the recruiting cycle.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct regular business partner meetings to educate on recruiting best practices, market data, including execution of recruiting processes and tools
• Build fun, innovative and inclusive teams!
• Manage full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume and niche roles, while ensuring an incredibly positive candidate experience
• Manage the on and off-boarding processes
• Innovate on ways to build a talent pipeline and recruit in a variety of venues
• Draft and extend offers by partnering with hiring managers and any relevant stakeholders

Qualifications and Skills:

• Exceptional ability to manage internal client relationships, leveraging strong consultative skills
• 2+ years of technical or non-technical experience in recruiting in fast paced, high growth environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with unique sourcing & active networking strategies
• Creative problem solver with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or in a fast-paced team environment
• High sense of urgency with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
