Talent Acquisition Specialist (On-Site)

Premier Medical Resources in Jersey Village (77040) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for handling the full-cycle recruitment for a variety of complex and/or specialized talent needs with limited oversight. Accountable for effectively building relationships with HR Business Partners, hiring managers and key stakeholders to assess current and future talent needs. Develops and implements creative recruiting solutions that support Premier Medical Resources mission to deliver the highest quality results and top talent to the business it supports.
Essential Functions

• Serve as a resource for prospective candidates providing information on available position, status of application, or assistance in applying online.
• Manage confidential data, build, and improve current practices, share ideas, and take ownership.
• Proactively source candidates through networking with employees, professional organizations, social media, and other channels. Continuously build talent pipelines to meet current and future needs.
• Facilitate the onboarding process by extending and compiling offer letters and negotiating employment terms.
• Partner with hiring manager to understand talent requirements as well as formulating and delivering appropriate sourcing search strategies based on these requirements.
• Assess candidate applications/resumes to ensure a highly qualified and diverse candidate pool.
• Conduct thorough salary analysis for candidate offers to ensure equity and compliance with applicable policies.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Education And Experience

• Two (2) years of experience in talent acquisition in healthcare
• Bachelor's Degree, or
• Four (4) years of experience in lieu of education

Work Week Schedule

• On-site position
• Monday- Friday
• 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
