Summary
The Talent Acquisition Project Specialist works with the Talent Acquisition organization, globally to implement and manage, optimize and sustain a portfolio of attraction and hiring tools and resources. We are looking for a passionate colleague who excels at problem-solving, using systems thinking approach, collaboration, and organizational skills to manage the implementation, optimization and sustainment of select tools and resources for the enterprise. In this role, you will ensure harmonized processes and practices are in place to enable an efficient and quality experience for both candidates and the hiring team. Reporting directly to the Global Talent Acquisition Program Manager, you will help develop scalable solutions that improve the recruitment experience and the system workflows internally and externally.Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and operationalize program and projects outside of technology to support the development, implementation, and delivery of programs and processes.
- Serve as SME in support of operational reporting and analytics needs.
- Streamline and lead the Talent Acquisition tech stack including processes, managing timelines, financials, communication, and coordination across the teams
- Liase with GE HealthCare Workday Functional Owner regarding Talent Acquisition needs and prioritize implementation, enhancement and training requests.
- Understand global regulatory compliance activities and partner with appropriate centers of expertise to stay abreast of changing regulations and requirements and to ensure practices are compliant
- Maintain internal and technical training as needed regarding talent processes.
- Advise the TA leadership team on technology portfolio integration, management, effectiveness, budget, and metrics,
- Lead internal mobility program in partnership with TA leadership.
- Continue to maintain and improve the technology ecosystem as organizational needs evolve.
- Understand technology trends and internal tools available to deliver cost effective business solutions.
- Serve as subject matter expert in support of talent strategies.
- Provide oversight of data quality by working with Talent Acquisition Leaders and Support to drive accountability, data integrity and compliance.
- Evaluate enhancements and additional functionality as the features become available or come online and make recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Use critical thinking skills to identify, research, analyze, and recommend solutions to complex problems.
- Provide client-focused services to various stakeholders including Recruiters, Candidates, Employees, People Leaders, HRBPs and Leadership.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and IT to ensure business needs are met; developing relationships that allow for influence and partnership.
- Maintain a broad knowledge of the entire hire-to-retire employee lifecycle, with specific knowledge of talent processes.
- Maintain knowledge of product roadmaps to ensure investments are maximized.
- Partner with vendors and internal partners for the implementation, deployment, and maintenance of applications, platforms, etc.

Basic Qualifications:
- Strong project management, problem solving and training skills.
- Prior experience supporting the implementation and/or production environment of Workday Recruiting.
- 3+ years experience capturing business requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working in a software technology environment such as Phenom People or other CRM platform support experience
- Prior global experience.
- Previous experience working with confidential information in an HRIS environment
- Experience in recruiting technology and understanding of the best-practices for mid-to-large corporations
For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $96,000 - $144,000. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
