Overview A Technical Talent Acquisition Partner is a professional who is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring technical talent for an organization. They are responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to identify and attract the best technical talent for the organization. They must have a deep understanding of the technical skills and qualifications required for the positions they are recruiting for, and must be able to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers. Detailed Job Description A Technical Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to identify and attract the best technical talent for the organization. This includes researching and understanding the technical skills and qualifications required for the positions they are recruiting for, and developing a comprehensive recruitment plan to identify and attract the best talent. They must be able to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers, and must be able to assess the technical skills and qualifications of potential candidates. They must also be able to provide guidance and advice to hiring managers on the best recruitment strategies and techniques. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment and/or technical talent acquisition
• Knowledge of recruitment software and tools
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
