TheUniversityofTennesseeFoundationOfficeofHumanResources(UTFIHR) is seeking aTalent Acquisition (TA) &DevelopmentManager. Reportingtothe Executive DirectorofTalentManagementUTFI HR, the TA Manager will lead and implement a talent acquisition strategy that will support theorganizational needs toachievethemissionandvision.Servingasthesubjectmatterexpertinrecruitmentstrategiesandselection,theTAManagerwillpartnerwithhiringmanagersandunitstoeffectivelyidentifyandunderstand staffing needs of each campus/institute. The manager willrecruit and place high-performing talent by maintaining a network of sources and conducting frequentoutreach.This positionwilloverseetherecruitmentlifecycletoincludebutnotbelimitedtocreatingbrandawarenessofUTandUTFoundationfromtheapplicationtoselectionandofferofemployment.Themanagerwillalsoberesponsible to create and/or revise, implement, andmanageprogramssupportingcareerpaths/ladders,grow-your-ownandaninternshipprogramenablinginternaladvancementinsupportofretentionandpreparationofahighperformingteam.

Qualifications: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience inrecruitment, talent management or related field. Demonstrated experience in successful recruiting,screening and placement of candidates as well as processes and databases is required. Candidate mustalso have experience in creating and implementing strategies to achieve desired objectives.


A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required due to travel responsibilities of theposition.
