The opportunity

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at TA, you'll get to know the existing teams under our founder's entrepreneurial umbrella and play a key role in our rapid growth and success. Whether you've had experience recruiting through your college admissions team, or you've sourced candidates in the professional world, our ideal candidate will share the tenacity and excitement we have for recruiting top talent.


What You'll Do


  • Build and maintain a network of candidates through ongoing relationship management
  • Craft exciting job descriptions and post available positions on job boards
  • Facilitate progression of the hiring process
  • Serve as a brand advocate both internally and externally
  • Schedule interviews through Calendly and Google Calendar
  • Meet hiring deadlines while helping recruit for several positions at the same time
  • Maintain fair, compliant, and consistent hiring while keeping abreast of the latest talent acquisition trends and best practices
  • Track and report on key metrics for open roles
  • Actively prospect passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking groups, and other sourcing streams
  • Establish relationships with the hiring teams and learn the ins and outs of their departments to better understand their sourcing needs
  • Maintain a diligent focus on the candidate experience, striving to constantly improve our hiring process
  • Conduct phone and video screenings
  • Proactively source candidates to develop a strong pipeline for open and pending roles
  • Maintain proactivity and productivity metrics in daily outreach
  • Build company and career opportunity awareness through posting on job boards, networking, social recruiting, career fairs, and more
  • Lead recruitment special projects and assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Communicate with candidates through email, texting, and phone calls
  • Coordinate team follow-ups

Salary Range


TechnologyAdvice seeks to hire top-tier individuals across the world and intends for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision.


Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.


Annual pay range


$48,000—$50,000 USD
