In summary, what does the role entail?

Talent and Engagement Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives related to talent acquisition and employer branding. This role involves creating and implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent while building a positive employer brand reputation.


The position is hybrid but offers a lot of flexibility. Candidates should live within a drivable distance of our Springfield, TN manufacturing plant.

What is the ideal profile for this position?

  • Customer oriented approach
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Solid understanding of talent acquisition principles and best practices.
  • Experience developing and implementing employer branding strategies.
  • 3 years of proven experience in a similar recruitment role

As a Talent Acquisition and Engagement Specialist, what will your main responsibilities be?

  • Identifying opportunities within the community for sponsorship or advertisement such as but not limited to, banners at local high school sporting events and other community related events.
  • Participation in job fairs, career events, and networking activities to build and maintain relationships and expand the organization's talent pool.
  • Provide full life-cycle recruitment support and guidance to our hiring managers.
  • Developing and managing recruitment marketing campaigns to attract and engage qualified candidates.
  • Developing and executing talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborating with HR and hiring managers to improve the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinating employer branding events and initiatives, such as employee referral programs, employee engagement activities, career fairs, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Proactively identify and engage with passive candidates through various channels, such as social media platforms, professional networks, online forums, and industry events.
  • Creating and implementing employer branding strategies to increase awareness and excitement about the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
