Job Description
Job Summary
Revance (Nasdaq: RVNC), is a commercial stage biotechnology company focused on innovative aesthetic, therapeutic and financial technology offerings, setting a new standard in healthcare. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will serve as an essential member of our newly developed internal Talent Acquisition Team focusing on TA coordination, scheduling and administration, and internship program management. The coordinator will assist across various projects and initiatives to streamline TA Operations across applicant tracking, candidate experience and employer marketing.
Essential Duties
Operational Support
  • Review and edit new requisitions submitted by HRBPs ensuring accuracy and consistency in job postings within the expected timeframe for posting.
  • Provide support for onsite panel interviews by giving white glove service to candidates including booking travel and accommodations and day-of support.
  • Act as key coordinator for all aspects of the Talent Acquisition process from requisition requests to job postings, search agency selection, internal HR operations alignment, sourcing, interview scheduling, offer process and onboarding.
  • At all times, ensure Greenhouse accurately reflects the status of all requisitions under their responsibility by partnering with TABPs.
  • Manage approval process in Greenhouse. Connect Hiring Manager and Recruiter to start
  • Manage weekly KPIs and reporting for TA function.
  • Support the employee referral program by tracking employee referred candidates and communicating to the referring employee and HR Operations department.
  • Ensure positions are accurately reflected on career sites via Greenhouse and other social media platforms.
  • Provide operational support to TABPs for responsible requisitions which includes coordinating with HRBPs, Hiring Managers and Interview Panelists through all hiring processes.
Agency And Immigration Administration
  • Process Purchase Orders for external recruiters for full-time positions and contractors.
  • Liaison for contractor process. Direct hiring managers on the process, obtain confirmation for contractor requests from Finance, and communicate with HR Operations department for onboardings.
  • Track and manage reporting on all candidate applications, legal agreements, and/or Nondisclosure Agreements.
  • Process existing and new recruiting contracts for full-time positions and contractors.
  • Coordinate with HRBPs on all employee immigration cases. Track and update immigration report.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or other relevant fields and 3 years working in a corporate environment supporting diverse, cross-functional teams.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
  • Excellent critical thinking and analysis skills, and the confidence to identify and resolve problems
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information
  • Must have strong and professional communication skills, Excel spreadsheet skills, and solid PPT skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet is a plus
  • Marketing, social media or content creation experience
