At Transformations Care Network, you will play a vital role in our mission by supporting our recruitment initiatives and helping us attract top talent. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process, while upholding our commitment to exceptional candidate experience. Essential Duties:
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute innovative ideas to enhance recruitment workflows.
- Compile and analyze recruitment data, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate demographics.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with candidates, addressing their inquiries and concerns throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure a seamless transition from recruitment to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Prepare offer documents and employment agreements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- 1-2years of previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or similar role.
- Self-motivated and accountable, with the ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
