Candidate must be a seasoned payments expert with expertise leading partnerships with network partnerships, consultants, analysts and issuers (BIN sponsors).

i2c is looking for a seasoned leader who has a track record of amplifying value through partners to grow top line revenue. This role will report into the Chief Revenue Officer, lead and build a team that manages across key strategic relationships with network partners, industry consulting partners, industry analysts as well as financial institutions that provide BIN sponsorship.
Key responsibilities include building relationships, channels, plans, processes, and teams to accelerate sales across key strategic partners as follows:
Network Partnerships:
· Develop strategic initiatives that drive preference for i2c that are material, have clear go-to-market execution paths and deliver top line revenue growth.
· Establish, manage, and grow relationships with senior executives and key department and regional heads.
· Maintain and manage a holistic approach across all network and i2c initiatives / work tracks, coordinating across i2c teams including sales, product, marketing, operations, market readiness and expansion, contractual agreements, certifications, finance, etc.
· Establish sales referral channels, processes, training, collateral support, tracking and reporting to ensure opportunities are flowing through the sales pipeline.
· Prepare and lead executive updates per cadence established with networks.
· Meet channel sales quota goals.
Consultants:
· Establish, manage, and grow relationships with stable of industry consulting partners.
· Educate consulting partners on i2c’s capabilities and differentiation to enable them to confidently speak to and refer our services.
· Manage consultant sales referrals / RFP’s including identifying client go to market requirements and use cases, completion of RFP requirements, coordination with internal i2c teams and pricing / contracts.
· Work with consultants to identify i2c strengths and weaknesses in meeting client requirements and work with internal i2c teams to address gaps where required
· Meet channel sales quota goals.
Analysts:
· Establish, manage, and grow relationships with targeted stable of industry analysts.
· Educate analyst partners on i2c’s capabilities and differentiation as well as broader ecosystem participants and trends to support i2c’s leadership position.
Issuers (Bin Sponsors):
· Establish, manage, and grow relationships with stable of global financial institutions that support BIN sponsorship.
· Help educate issuers regarding requirements and process for partnering with BIN sponsors and how that fits into the i2c value story.
Required Skills/Experience:
· REQUIRED 12+ years of experience building partnerships within payments processing, network, financial institution or fintech environments.
· Minimum 5+ years leading a global team that manages across key strategic relationships with network partners, industry consulting partners, industry analysts as well as financial institutions that provide BIN sponsorship.
· Track record of building multi-functional global teams.
· Track record of developing and executing strategic initiatives, working through partners, that delivered material revenue growth.
· Ability to envision and develop longer term roadmap while managing short to mid-term work tracks across multiple cross functional teams.
· Demonstrated superior communication skills and experience acting as company spokesperson in multiple settings / capacities.
· Ability to influence at C-Level.
· Enterprise thinker that assesses needs across full value chain delivery and works cross functionally to continuously improve processes.
· Analytical approach to measuring and managing KPI’s.
