Supply Chain Operations Manager

Our client is a fast-growing early stage Los Angeles based start-up that helps customers access advanced nutritional supplements.

They are looking to bring on a Supply Chain / Operations Manager who will report into the Director of Operations and focus on retail strategy, demand planning, supply chain, cross-functional cost/revenue initiatives, system integrations, operational analyses, and special projects. This role requires someone who is highly analytical and comfortable working in an extremely fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Working with third party vendors (ERP / tech implementations, new software integrations)
• Developing and implementing frameworks for evaluating 3PL performance
• Developing Operational SOPs
• Understanding and monitoring inventory management
• Building operational excellence (D2C and retail fulfillment)
• Other ad hoc initiatives
• Project management, monitoring and communication using KPI Dashboards
• Building out and evaluating cost savings opportunities

Requirements:

• Excel/ Google sheets proficiency and modeling skills
• 2-3+ years of experience in operations at a high growth startup or e-commerce
• Excited by the opportunity to take on large opportunities and responsibilities in a growing, high-performance team
• Natural start-up mentality and very comfortable with shifting priorities
• Comfortable working with all levels of management
