Supply Chain Analyst - Remote | Wfh

Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, Product Management, and Sales, to ensure efficient and demand-driven fulfillment processes.
Drive process improvement initiatives related to supply chain management, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze product mix and activity levels to determine appropriate stocking levels and maintain optimal inventory reserves.
Manage procurement activities, including purchase order processing and vendor relationships.
Coordinate production planning efforts with contract manufacturers.
Support critical supply chain key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time shipment, on-time delivery, and warranty replacement shipments.
Reconcile ERP system data and transactions, ensuring accurate inventory records.
Generate supply chain management reports to provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
6-8 years of relevant experience in planning, supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
Familiarity with product life cycle management software packages (Arena and/or Agile) and ERP software packages (SAP, Oracle, D365).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
Extensive experience using D365 or similar supply chain management tools.
Global environment exposure, working with internal and external stakeholders.
Previous experience working with contract manufacturers.
