Program Manager - Supply Chain

This role will be onsite 2 days a week.

• Ability to adapt to the constantly evolving needs of a dynamic, growth-oriented business
• Possess a sound knowledge of program and project management principles as well as the ability to establish, monitor, and administer operational business performance metrics/KPIs
• Operations Accounting and formal Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) background or experience a plus
• 4+ years of relevant hands-on experience managing business projects for Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or ERP in a CPG and/or Food & Beverage manufacturing environment strongly preferred
• Strong influencing, analysis, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a team-oriented mindset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Can-do attitude, willing to roll up sleeves to get the job done despite resource constraints or ambiguity
• Self-directed with a demonstrated sense of accountability and a strong sense of commitment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
• Prior experience as a Senior Project or Program Manager leading and/or overseeing the delivery of multiple concurrent cost-out, transformation, and/or integration business projects and programs in Supply Chain
