Job Description
We are looking for a team Manager for Boards, Switch and Interconnect planning to join our Supply planning team. The planning team at Nvidia is responsible for defining the supply process flows, tools, vendor requirements and providing supply commits for boards, Adapters and Interconnect products. An individual in this role will drive a world class supply chain for our growing data center business, mentor and provide direction to employees, monitor work quality and coaching on performance. This individual should also apply a continuous improvement/growth mindset and use industry best practices to optimize overall performance.
What you will be doing:
  • Develop and utilize advanced analytics to understand supply/demand optimization alternatives and provide alternatives to business leaders
  • Effectively distribute workload of team and monitor performance against established objectives and key results
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of high caliber supply planning professionals capable of solving day to day operational issues and reach long term performance goals
  • Manage supply plans across multiple CMs and Suppliers.
  • You will work with the program managers & engineers to develop ramp plans for products from early-stage sampling to production. You will coordinate the transition plan of product revisions based on customer qualification schedules and supply availability.
  • Identify and measure key performance indicators
  • Partner with cross-functional teams like materials, engineering, and capacity planning to understand constraints and identify process and system improvement opportunities
  • Own business operations for one or more of our multi-billion-dollar business units. This entails managing boards build plans, working closely with business unit and demand planning team to align supply based on demand priorities
  • Work with business leaders to develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly supply plans and provide guidance on supply shortfalls and/or excess inventory position
What We Need To See:
  • Experience in a fast-paced production environment with various constraints
  • 8+ overall years of progressive experience with supply chain management fields and capacity planning
  • 5+ Years of managerial experience
  • Ability to deliver results in a multifaceted and matrix work environment
  • A degree in industrial engineering, science, or business (or equivalent experience).
  • Ability to work and communicate with senior executive level staff
  • Experience in ERP System (SAP preferably) along with a high proficiency in MS Office Software

The base salary range is $144,000 - $224,250. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
