Job Description

Supply Chain - Logistics and Operations Manager for a female wellness company that produces nutritional supplements for women's health needs.


THIS IS NOT A WAREHOUSE MANAGER

MUST HAVES: Superb Communication Skills, Excel,Pivot Tables & be able to work in-house 4 days a week in Santa Monica.



Step into the thriving world of an LA-based wellness company! Boost your career with a brand where self-care meets success. We are now hiring a Supply Chain - Logistics, and Operations Manager for the company as it continues to expand its product SKUs. This is an in-office role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with teams: Marketing, Amazon & more.
  • Innovate retail processes & master EDI workflows.
  • Lead DTC/B2B shipping processes & hit SLAs.
  • Optimize performance through data-driven insights.
  • Direct shipments from global suppliers to customers.
  • Partner with 3PL for on-point inventory management.


REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or Operations.
  • 2-6 years in CPG/Retail, B2B & B2C channels.
  • Proficiency in freight, 3PL, EDI, and WERCS.
  • Proven Excel, verbal and written communication, and multitasking skills.
